Everything super clean and comfy.location excellent for utilita arena.

Only one little issue was trying code to get in door but wouldn't work.spoke to someone on phone and was sorted.

"Amazing property"

After a previous property cancelled on me 2 daydms before i was due to travel. I found this property. From the start there was continual communication with staff all my questions were answered and they were so helpful. Tbe property was amazing i couldnt have wished for more. I come to the badmi ton at Utilita Arena every year and will definitely book again

There were no negatives it was perfect
