Brand New Contemporary 2 BD Oceanfront Condo at Encantame Towers Verano E302

Room was first class!!!! Beach was exceptional!! Restaurants were very good with great service

Only one water slide was heated and lazy river was too cold to use

This is a beautiful condo and the grounds/amenities at the property are wonderful.

They could use more washcloths-each bathroom had one wash cloth. The convenience store on site could include some healthier options like fruit & veggies.

Construction was eye sore and noise! Stove top was a bear to figure out even after video !

The room was not far from the pools and the beach. The cando had more supplies than other condos I have been to. Like soap to wash dishes, or soap to wash clothes, shampoo/conditioner, pots and pans...like fully equipped with everyday necessities. The pools were cleaned daily, and trashcans by all pools were emptied every few hours, which meant hardly no bees. Pools were not too cold or not hot. It was just right! Service from waiters was very attentive. The resort had pretty much everything, Starbucks, and a little market to get some groceries, This condo was one of our favorites, even our kids' favorite, and they are hard to please.

Very nice beach, about 15 or so minutes from Puerto Penasco, nice view, very nice apartment, heated pools, nicely hot jacuzzi on top floor, very clean apartment nicely furnished, with streaming services you can log into your own account to access, an electric car charger is available in parking lot, I'd go back again, I highly recommend

there is ongoing construction right outside the bedroom window, it hampers the view, but the active construction work wasn't loud enough to be disturbing to our stay, I would go back again even during construction

Everything was organized and had description of the building and regulations to our stay.

There was no phone service line in our room which was the only thing, but other than that everything was perfect.
