"Value for money, but better for smaller groups"

Well maintained and clean property. Near amenities and shop. And a quick drive to Bicester village

unable to park 2 vehicles in front of property- 2nd vehicle has to be parked behind the property. Neighbouring property- did not even use their available lot, wasting the space

Perfect for a family group. The layout of the bedrooms is good for a combination of adults and children. We loved that we could walk to Bicester Village and local restaurants.

"Great location but lacking in maintenance inside and out."

The location was great for us, close to town which we know well. We needed a place to accommodate us whilst returning to our birth town for a family funeral. There was plenty of parking and the bedrooms were spacious, generally clean and comfortable.

Communication with owner was slow and was not available between the hours suggested. The property is for 8 people but struggled to cater for the 6 who stayed. Dining table very small, More suitable to seat 4, only 6 seats and as we had 2 extra family members join to eat, I enquired with owner regarding more seats, they said there were none, could see extra seating locked in side place! Not enough crockery and cutlery to accommodate 6 either, had to borrow from relative. Had to wash most crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as dirty. Both showers need an update, one was ducktaped and zip clipped together but leaked out everywhere. The other was dirty and mould on ceiling, not what you would expect for the price or a Premium Property. Cut off bottle catching drops from bedroom radiator and almost overflowing. Towel rail in bathroom fell off, property needs some serious diy attention to make it Premium. Front and back outside unkempt, needs a good tidy and sweep up. Description says outside terrace, which there was but not very inviting.

The house is clean and modern, ideally placed to walk to the village. It was a great space for the family.

Kitchen needs a little upgrade by the sink. Also we were told 3 parking space but there were only two.
