The unit was spacious. Enjoyed noting coffee while looking at the ocean from the front balcony. Great space in the back also. Having the beach steps away was perfect!!

Getting to/from the property on the weekend was a little challenging due to traffic on narrow roadway Lock to enter unit is a little tricky. Other than that, no significant complaints.

Clean and comfortable. Host was helpful. Close to the beach. Family friendly.

Faucet in master bathroom was broken. It would have been nice if coffee had been provided. The kids bedroom had no nightstand or nightlight. It should be considered that adults might be sleeping there.

"This is a good option for north shore beach stays, close to San Juan, Fajardo and the rain forest."

This property is located at a very nice beach area. We felt there were actually three different beach experiences. Just off the beach, the waves break pretty far out, maybe 150 yards. We did not swim here (but the view is supurb). If you walk towards the east about 300 yards you can play in the surf at Playa Azul. A longer walk, 1000 yards, towards the west is on more serene beach, not many people, until you reach Playa Luquillo which has nice water, more local visitors. The facilities here are still in repair from past hurricanes but the beach had a safe feel. Water very nice here also. There are some nice local eating options on the strip at Luqillo Beach. (kioska de Luqillo). Suburban community so well stocked grocery and drugstore options. The condo complex is gated, very safe feel, well kept grounds.

The bedroom AC units are styled like commonly found in motels. These will be noisy for those sensitive to....noise. Not convenient to open windows for a cross breeze. The mini-split unit in the main living area is of more modern mini-split style; works well.

It was nice. Spacious with big back deck and nice private beach area. Near the other beaches and kiosks. Great bfast place nearby (molasses) . Responsive owners.

Forgot the pull out couch was 4th bed option. Would recommend just getting another mattress to put in cheap platform frame. The couch mattress was uncomfortable. Get some salt and pepper for kitchen and make sure you have enough towesls.
