"Great location within walking distance of the heart of bath. Free parking, clean and spacious."

Lovely quiet location. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Plenty of amenities available and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Great having a car park available. Very clean and having 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets was a bonus.

Bath only in the main bedroom ensuite bathroom was not ideal but it did not impact our stay. There is a shower available in the second bedroom bathroom for use.

"A comfortable little terrace in a great location with parking, 5 minutes walk into the city."

The location was excellent and had a parking spot. Two great sized bedrooms either en-suites which were a bit outdated.

There were some crockery and cutlery which were very dirty. In one of the en-suites, the carpet around the toilet was dusty and had not been cleaned.

Very convenient for the Town Centre. Very clean and nice quiet area. Contacted owner/s and very helpful. Bed was comfortable and house cosy.
