Excellent location, clean, well resourced, comfortable….would happily recommend

Seating area needs another settee …not enough comfortable seats. Ideally could do with a second bat/shower room

Lovely and clean, central location

Very close to the town centre, but quiet back street, also close to the parks and riverside.

The top bedroom was very warm on the occasional hot day, despite a fan being provided. And the bathroom lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise it was fine.

The facility was very clean and contained all the necessities for resting while traveling across the UK. The location was excellent, and having parking at the house was very accommodating.

The beds are not designed for 2 adults. They should be bigger if you are going to advertise it as a 2 person bed.

The house was very clean indeed and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and a nice shower.

Mattress on bed in master bedroom needs renewing.

The location was perfect for exploring KIng's Lynn and the surrounding area, and very quiet. The dining / kitchen area was small but fine for 2 people. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The allocated parking close to the property was a real bonus.

The beds could have been larger with firmer matrasses. The property is really too small for 4 people.
