Christian greeted us on time and showed us the condo and answered any questions we had. He was very nice and polite. The location was outstanding. We had the penthouse condo; the views were outstanding. The pool was very nice and plenty of lounge chairs. The beach was right out the backdoor. The beds were very comfortable which is a plus for me. The laundry was close and convenient. There were beach chairs and umbrella in the closet, which was nice. There was also a broom and mop (but no cleaning products) in the closet to clean up the sand.

The TV was in Spanish, which it took us a minute to set it up for English. The living room furniture was a little worn, but we didn't spend much time in the condo. The kitchen could use some dish towels, baking pan and a bottle of windex. The dining table was glass and I had to use paper towels with water.

The location was absolutely great, tons of amazing restaurants and shopping in the neighboring city of Aventura.

The condo itself was not clean very well. They had dirty dishes in the cabinet. That was pretty gross. Seasoning, stains and onion juice on the cutting boards in the drawer. The windows are so filthy. It’s very sad because it’s a beautiful view.
