Location was fab with easy access to lovely cafes, bars and restaurants (all listed in their comprehensive welcome pack) many of which are dog friendly. Our wee pooch also loved the property. Roundhay Park is within easy walking distance and well worth a visit. It was a real bonus to have a car charger at property. Would definitely return.
No black out curtains in bedrooms and very bright in morning

We come to Roundhay every Christmas to visit family, and have stayed in a lot of different places. This was BY FAR the best we have experienced. The hosts left a few housewarming snacks and beers as well as a gorgeous Christmas tree. It looks very recently rennovated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. TV's were top quality, as was the speaker. It's perfectly located if you're looking to stay in Roundhay, and we would love to stay again next Christmas.

Second time staying here. We absolutely love the apartment, clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. Ideally located close to bars and restaurants, it's our go-to place whenever we're visiting Leeds.

We love the modern style and that the owners have thought of everything their guests may need eg QR codes for appliances. The property is very clean, comfortable and warm. We like the proximity to Roundhay Park for lovely dog walks. Although too cold for us to enjoy on this visit we liked the outside seating area which is a nice extra space to enjoy in warmer weather.

I booked the property due to its fantastic location near Roundhay Park , and all the amenities /shops/restaurants on nearby Street Lane. It is also very conveniently located near the ring road to access other outlier destinations eg Harrogate.

Clear instructions, very clean and nicely decorated. TV in rooms great with Netflix. Very well equipped kitchen. En-suites in each room was great. Will definitely consider staying again when in the area.
