"Very bad experience and don’t give room to people though we booked online"

We arrive there but they didn’t accept foreigners. They also tell that our booking is cancel as they call my number and someone said to cancel but I was not picking it. They lie all this thing. They just to go find other hotel when we reach there at 17:00 as it is cancel and they can’t accept any foreigners . We need to search new hotel at 18:00 evening by our own because of this thing. The property doesn’t look good from outside as it need cleaning at front door . The counter reception was rude. Please don’t stay there it is not good .

Everything : Staff was rude and not understanding other difficulties. They provide false information like booking available online for foreign people. Don’t trust about booking.
