"It was better before, now it's just become bad"

The room was clean

Mosquitoes everywhere in the room. Hot water takes ages to come. Food gave me diarrhoea. They take the towel and don't give you a fresh one till you ask them. Linen is not changed regularly. Bad parking area.

It was really very very bad experience wast of money to stay there taps leaking , seepage in full room with smelly, koi stay kre tho beemar hj ho jaye so plsss guys I really suggest don't ever stay in this property jitna amount wo le rhe hai uska 5% bhi facility nhi de rhe

Only that it’s close to iffco chowk metro station, but then I am not really sure if that’s any kind of advantage. The staff was courteous and gentle. These guys deserve a better place to work.

The cleanliness is the major let down. The pics of building exterior are misleading. Dusty common area, stained curtains and bed sheet. The room had broken tiles and the curtains were pretty dusty. The bathroom was fine but not how a person with utmost hygiene conscience would like it. I found it ok (I am brought up in boarding schools since age of 11) but I am pretty sure my wife would have changed the hotel the moment we would have stepped in.

1) Cleanliness issues were there, particularly with bedsheets and towels.
