Great location, views, comfort, cleanliness, equipment, hosts responded immediately when I had a query.

Please could you provide something like a dettol spray so I can keep the kitchen clean during my stay?

I recently stayed at Exclusive Short Stays, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment was exactly as described clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. "In Birmingham on business but we wished we had more time to enjoy the apartment."

The apartment was beautiful with a lovely view...you really didn't feel you were in the middle of a city and yet you could walk anywhere in 10 minutes.

The apartment was perfect for us but it was on the fourth floor with no lift which could cause an issue for some.

"Passable"

Host insisting to make contact directly with us and not through Bookings.com. Then insisting on us lodging a 300 pound security deposit via credit card details, which still has not been released 2 weeks after checking out.
