Stunning surroundings, clean warm and tidy. Very good water preasure and hot water with everything is new. Central heating the works. 😍 Good communication and clear instructions on how to get to the barn conversion and enter you little luxury space. Realy enjoyable stay thank you.

The only thing I can think of for what I didn't like was the gravel was alittle deep for the car park and I worried that I might get stuck. Will probably get compacted as its very new.

Beautiful setting right next to the forest. Room just right for an odd night. Clean and modern in appearance.

Bed was a bit soft and found it small, after having a king size at home.

"Peaceful haven"

The room was a converted outbuilding and had kept its endearing features such as beams etc. Very clean and sleek and the surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. Host went above and beyond for us , Thank you

Could have done with a full length mirror somewhere but apart from that perfect.

Great little property, clean, simple, quiet area and cosy! Wash parking and if you follow instructions every easy to find. Seen reviews about uncomfortable bed, I disagree! Issue seems to be resolved as was comfy, fresh and great nights sleep. Good communication too with checkout times, stayed due to going to the showground.

My only tiny issue just needs a full length mirror! As no mirror in the main room just little on in the bathroom.

This is a very lovely property and the photos do not do it justice. Very clean with high quality fixtures and fittings. So quiet and spacious. Plenty of parking. Bordered with fields and woods. Very deep bath (fits 2 easily). Comfy bed. 6 minutes away from the Newark Showground by car and very easy to get to. Would come back again without question. Can't fault it, a pleasure to be a guest.

Just perfect!!!!
