Lovely 1-bed studio & bathroom in converted barn near Newark Show-Ground

The location was ideal for a visit to the show ground, and in a nice quiet location, there was plenty of parking space. The rooms were light and airy and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is great for a short stay, one or 2 nights but due to the lack of a wardrobe would not be suitable for longer. The bedding looked lovely but the quilt wasn’t particularly cosy, will definitely not be adequate as the night get colder.

Loved the secluded location even had rabbits on the lawns. Fabulous accommodation beautifully clean and fresh really easy access.

Lovely hosts who couldn’t have been better ! Stacey even came out to stand at the end of the lane as I had a little trouble finding the property ( sat nav issue) to guide me in ! Communication before the stay was also superb

Very deep gravel on the drive-nearly got vehicle stuck-not suitable for a low slung sports car. No window or ventilation at the property -The weather was moderately warm when we stayed but it was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. Only option is to leave the door open-would be unbearably hot in summer I think.
