Very clean ,everything counted for ,great location to castle,town,restaurants ,long walk, parking maybe a bit difficult but every town is ,but there are plenty of council parking available. Host was helpful.tv ,you have to download BBC channels buy was easy to do.

Nothing ,maybe stairs a bit steep,no good for wheelchair ♿

it was in a lovely location and the facilities were just perfect for us . great view of the changing of the guards and many restaurants close by and also a Tesco and Marks and Spencer’s for supplies . it was very comfortable and Louis was easily contacted if need be .

the only thing for me was the stairs but I got used to them so it wasn’t a problem in the end . would have loved a microwave but that is only a small thing compared to all the great things about the apartment . Parking was hard but we found a car park not too far that we paid for during the day but was free overnight 12 til 9.00 or if you had paid for so many hours it also covered you until that time the next day .

Exceptional Location! The hostess was helpful, answering questions ahead of time in good time, which was appreciated! The Laundry facilities & laundry soap was helpful.

You had to log into your own T.V. account, so we didn't have access to any T.V. Lots of Stairs to Carry your Suitcase up. The Directions getting to the apartment were clear ,but the location of the exact door belonging to the apartment was confusing.

The windows were difficult to open. The single beds were uncomfortable.
