Close to the Airport, City Center, Accessible - Amancio's New Extension

The staff were lovely and helpful only stayed as a stop over but seemed like a nice place

Very noisy aircon Showers left a lot to be desired

Showers were pretty dirty. Washrooms altogether looked like they could use a solid clean.

Nothing.

Room was super dirty! The walls were sticky looking like no one cleans for ages. Everything is old in the room and breaking. Room is small. The staff are unpolite and don’t care at all about the customers, they were at the computer eating snacks and drinking vodka and if you ask something they roll the eyes. We asked them to change the pillow covers because they were full of hair from another guests, and she changed them inside of our room, and with no careful at all, putting the pillow cover with hair on top of the bed making the bed full of the hair we wanted to remove. During the night it’s hard to sleep because of the noise of the air conditioner, and there was a lot of noise coming from the room on top of us. The staff didn’t care, as I told them (around 2am) and they just looked at me and said “we know” and did nothing about it. It’s cheap, but it’s not nice to stay at all, waste of money.

Decent sized room with aircon. Room was clean and shared toilets are showers are very clean. Close to the airport (walkable if you’re bags aren’t too big) and close to the town so shops and restaurants. You can arrange tours and onward transfers through them. The staff are very friendly.

The wifi didn’t reach our room, although we were one of the furthest rooms from the reception. Wifi was good in the common area though.

Close to airport and okay if you just need to spend the night. Quality matching the price.
