Best Location in Atlanta by PiedmontPark, Beltline, PCM, GA Tech, Emory

I liked the location and that it was a small house with space, as I needed more than a hotel room. Even liked having a little porch space, even though I didn't use it because it was too hot outside. Door code lock instructions were easy. Neighborhood was quiet. Loved all the trees around the neighborhoods. I was within walking distance to most things I needed, so that was a big draw. Wifi connection was excellent and most instructions from the host were clear and easy for all facilities and respect for neighbors.

The garbage bins were filling up a lot, but not being emptied every week. It was getting difficult to deposit garbage bags because they were full since they were shared with several small houses. There were no instructions about when or if anyone would get those emptied. The smell and amount of flies swarming was getting really bad over my 2 week stay.

The location was great to get to Truist Stadium and downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood was clean and very safe.

This location has easy access to Midtown restaurants, Piedmont Park, Atlanta Botannical Gardens and High Museum. We very much appreciated free onsite parking. Our host was kind and helpful when I asked for pillows to be switched out. The layout of the little duplex was most convenient. A wonderful experience.

The location was AMAZING. The bed was super comfy. Host was responsive and the property was beautifully decorated.

We chose this property to work remotely for a week. While everything is beautiful, we did find the couch and chairs a tad uncomfortable to use for a full day’s work. Despite that, I HIGHLY recommend it.
