Breakfast was good

Unfortunately, our stay was not a 5 star experience. Check in process was good & staff were friendly throughout the hotel but besides that, we were disappointed. Our room lacked any privacy. Unless we completely closed the blinds in the room and put on the lights, we couldn’t even shower without someone being able to see straight in, since our room was on the main walkway from the reception to all rooms, restaurant etc. Our ‘private’ pool looked straight out onto this walkway & there was nothing dividing the pool from the pool next door. very disappointing for the price we paid. We were told water would be provided daily since you can’t drink the tap water, this wasn’t the case. Also upon checkout we weren’t asked if we enjoyed our stay or to provide any feedback. I wouldn’t return which is very unfortunate as I had looked forward to our stay so much.

O hotel é muito bom e o serviço impecável. O único ponto negativo é a piscina no quarto que não é aquecida, com isso, pagamos mais caro por essa opção, mas não pudemos utilizá-la, pois a água é muito gelada. Um benefício desperdiçado.

The property was amazing and the staff was so helpful. All of the food we had here was exceptional, and we really appreciated the booklet that came with the room highlighting places to visit.

Nothing comes to mind, we had a really great stay here.

This is a true five star hotel with luxurious rooms and a gracious staff that makes all the difference.

The check in process was arduous. There were many documents to sign. One document even asked about my medical condition.

our experience at Domes was out of the ordinary! it was above all of our expectations!!! EVERYTHING was absolutely GORGEOUS! from our beautiful room, to both pools, to the stunning views, just everything! It was our honeymoon so they got us a nice champagne and even got upgraded to a better view! the breakfast was the best we ever had, and we also ate great dinner at their lovely restaurant. We would to say a BIG thank you to Vaskos at the reception, that was just the kindest and welcomed us with such a big smile, and also to Giannis the waiter who was amaing. And all of the staff that were so friendly and said nothing but "YES" to every question.

Stunning hotel, very well kept and the staff could not have been more pleasant and attentive. Consistently going above and beyond.
