Remote area. No paved roads to get into hotel. If you don’t already have a car rented, you’re stuck.

When we first arrived it was late at night and we were checked into a lower level room, not the room we actually booked. The next day they moved us to an upgraded room since the one we actually booked wasn’t available. Staff was apologetic and gave us a credit. The views are amazing but there is nothing close by you need to drive 10-15 min to get to town. Our room pool could have been cleaner found garbage at bottom of pool, even though pool was supposed to be cleaned daily. pool towels were never changed for the three days we stayed there. Staff however was amazing anytime we called for room service or bell hop they were there within minutes. Nikki front end manager was wonderful in helping to get us a car rental and gave us great recommendations for best beaches as well as restaurants.

We stayed four nights during our visit to Milos. We stayed in one of the White Coast Suites with a sea view. Great location for being in a quiet area but still accessible to the rest of the island. We had a car with us, and recommend doing the same if you’re planning on exploring around the island. Unbeatable views, especially at sunset. Extremely hospitable and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here when we visit Milos again.

We had a brilliant time on our honeymoon at Domes White Coast. The accommodation is simply stunning and the views and setting are incredible. We were very impressed with the room. It was very spacious, super clean with a very comfortable bed and duvet and great wifi. The staff were friendly and made it very easy for us to hire a car and gave good tips to explore the island. The location is remote (out of town) so we would recommend hiring a car as taxi's are very expensive. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here to friends!

The staff were friendly but the service was not of the quality we would expect from a hotel of this standard. We arrived at 5:30pm which was later than the check-in time and were told our room was delayed so were offered a drink at the bar. It was then an hour and a half until our room was made available to us... 7pm and bearing in mind we had been travelling all day to get there, we were exhausted and would have expected better than this. We had a few further issues, our room was not made up despite asking twice and the service in the restaurant was rather slow / inefficient. Although good breakfast options were offered, there was just a bowl of unripe fruit, no cut up appealing fruit which I would always expect on holiday. It is worth calling out as well that the showers in the rooms are super small, for a room of this standard, you would expect a better shower.
