Good gym and pool

It said Bunk bed on the description but we had no bunk beds at all. Staff not responsive at all when requesting a solution and completely ignoring us on WhatsApp for days and didn't seem to care at all! About 20 big boxes of detergent products left in the living room for storage which were taking space from us... Not enough pots for cooking, only one single cooking pan! Location of the place isn't great at all if you don't have a car. No restaurants or shops around Horrible lift / elevators system. Be prepared to wait long time. Basically a bad and cheap China software managing these but not the owner's fault here.
