"Good host, good location, beautiful apartment."

The apartment is beautiful. The host was always accesible to any question or address an issue. To the purpose of my trip, the location was perfect.

Had issues with hot water (got help from the host and issue was fixed) Internet was unstable. There was a construction going on right across the street, so there was construction noise all day.

"Was ok for one night."

Nice views. Clean house. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Big rooms. You'll be having a private pool as the full tower is empty only the 14th is occupied.

With the tower being so empty, the entrance of the tower wasn't finished yet. Beaches across are owned by clubs so we couldn't enter those after 18.00. The area in low season on a Friday night and Saturday morning was fairly unpopulated. Communication in advance and during the stay with the host about topics such as check-in, wifi etc could have been more hospitable. ( Leaving out some other remarkable aspects ) All-in all not sure if I would pay the price of $160/night again.
