Receiving area /receptionist waited that long

The apartment although tight for 4 adults was in beautiful condition, well fitted out and well maintained. Sleeping was comfortable with 1 double bed for mum and dad. 1 large single for our 16yr old and the choice of sofa or futon for our 14yr old. We had a full choice of TV channels, free internet. Games room on the top floor. Swimming pools on the 7th floor. Using grab you could be at most of Manilas malls within 25mins for less than 500 pesos including the tip.Theres a small super market 1min walk from main entrance. It sells everything. Theres an ATM downstairs and if you're desperate a McDonalds 10 mins walk away.

I have nothing negative to say about the apartment or the building. You have to remember Manila is a very busy city. Millions of people going about their business day and night. In this apartment you wouldn't even notice any fumes or noise or aircraft, just if you go for a walk in the street especially at night there is a lot of traffic, crossing the road is a nightmare. That doesn't take away the fact the building is very safe and very high quality. There are guards on the entrance who are very efficient and friendly. If you use a grab or taxi you won't have to contend with the busy streets.

The host is very responsive and helpful, replying quickly and assisting with logistics. The unit was clean and well maintained. The mattress is comfortable and of good quality, and the furniture and kitchen equipment show clear investment and good taste. The building itself is nice, modern, and easy for drivers to find. Security and lobby staff are polite and helpful. Having a convenience store (Alfamart) directly under the building is a big advantage, especially during rain. The washing machine is very useful and makes daily life easier.

The unit is extremely small and feels very cramped, especially for a family with children. It is not truly a two-bedroom apartment but a very small studio divided by partitions. Drying laundry is a problem: there is no proper space to dry clothes, and hanging laundry on the balcony is not allowed. Larger items like bedding must be sent out for drying. The bathroom layout is impractical, with the washing machine placed too close to the toilet. Comfort is affected by poor air circulation and an incomplete sliding door seal, which makes it difficult to sit comfortably in the living area. Pool access is expensive and involves a complicated procedure, even for young children. Overall, the unit may be suitable only for very short stays or couples, but it is not comfortable for families or longer stays and does not offer good value for the price.
