"The place to chose when visiting pescara"

Fabulous brand new top floor apartment so beautifully decorated bedroom with AC, great wifi and walking distance to beach and restaurants with a huge terrace lots of cool air. Nicest host and hostess ever helped me with all my needs highly recommend

Gorgeous, spacious terrace apartment with a gracious host walking distance to beach and small grocery store. This truly felt like we were staying with family. Our host took very good care of us and even had someone meet us to carry our luggage upstairs when we arrived after a long drive. Secure, private parking. The furnishings were beautiful with very tasteful art and decorations. Very nice floorplan with separate sleeping areas. For a small extra fee, our host arranged for us to visit a beach club and had someone walk us right to our chairs. He even surprised us with warm apple croissants. It was a very special experience that was so much more than we expected.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The hosts Andrea and Lucia were incredibly pleasant and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The apartments themselves were impeccably clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything as described. The private parking on the condo premises was particularly valuable to us. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend these apartments.
