Cons has to be be stairs but you do get used to them

Well equipped and use of the kitchen was a bonus. Very comfortable stay and good communication with host

As an older guest the stairs were steep but worth it when you arrived at the room . Plenty of handrails to aid visitors

Really at the heart of Blandford Forum, walking distance to a wide range of shops and restaurants

I did struggle with the tight narrow steep stairs, but I think that the comfort, privacy and location completely outweighed this one drawback

Clean & modern

Description is misleading. You have to walk through the working environment to reach the staircase that is very narrow & very steep. The kitchen was littered with staffs items and made the stay uncomfortable. No fire exit or smoke alarms so left wondering how it possibly passed building regulations. To be fair the owner makes sone of these points in the small print but the images & initial description are very misleading!

The room was clean and comfortable

I wasn’t given the WiFi code. You have to access the room via a business and then after the business has shut, you have to open and close the business to get to the room. I felt extremely vulnerable doing this, especially coming home from work late in the evenings

The flat is located in the centre of town and very convenient for all pubs and restaurants. The bedroom and ensuite facilities were very clean and we had a good view of the town. The room was also spacious and the shower cubicle was large.

We had booked the property on the basis that it was a self catering Flat. In fact the kitchen was shared with the barbers shop downstairs, which meant that in reality we didn’t use it. It would probably be better if the property description didn’t include the kitchen.

Perfect location in town centre, love the coffee and tea and kettle provided, very comfortable bed, excellent room facilities, very good access to kitchen facilities

Be aware the staircase could be difficult with a large suitcase, but otherwise a perfect place
