No issues whatever’s great apartment
USHad arranged to check in at 3. By 5 still had not heard from owner. Local realtor wh handled units in bldg finally tracked owner down at 6PM and he gave me key codes. Without this realtor’s help, I would have been stranded in Portrush with no where to stay.
Owner being responsible and giving me key codes on time. Owner leaving info on how to operate washer, cooling units, changing out worst mattresses of all time, having at least one bar of soap, laundry detergent, fixing deadbolt “turn” that came off in my hand, having stronger bulb than 10W in overhead bedroom fixture, cleaning out half filled frozen food containers from freezer, cleaning closet so I did not have to half empty it to get to washer, fixing toilet seat and cover before they fully break off. Owners lack of responsibility getting me key codes - I am sure his intent was to stiff me. For $2700 per night, it was a royal hosing - stunned booking.com works with such an irresponsible Owner. I will think more than twice about using booking,com again. I fully expected to have to sleep in my car for three bites were it not for local realtor who forced owner to do the right thing!
USIt’s location and views of both street and sea. The beaches and weather were amazing!
A bit noisy at night from the street sounds probably due to all The Open Golf Championship being in town and sea gulls. Parking on the street a wee bit far from the property.

GBLocation was fantastic! Apartment was very spacious.
Only minor negatives were that one of the windows needed repairing and there was building works taking place and some of the bulbs were broken (some bedside lights & the main bedroom light)
IEThe apartment couldn't have been in a better location. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.
The windows were hard to open/close, and one window in the kitchen wouldn't close, so it got cold in the evening.
