"Exceptional"

We came for a swim competition at Ponds Forge and it was about a 12 minutes walk though the city centre. Everything close such as supermarkets. It would be great if we had access to the underground car park. The building has a lift which is great. I really appreciate that when I put a request through regarding the later check out, it was replied instantly.

It would be great if there were hooks for coats in the hallway as there is space for that. Hooks for towels in the bathroom. It would be great as well if there is a small table in the hallway with a lamp and a mirror and something to put your keys on. As well in the hallway it would be great with a shoe rack as well. Cleaning was ok, it could be done better.

"Great city centre location for a short stay"

Perfect location in city centre Sheffield close to university and all the new restaurants. However, the apartment was not equipped very well for a longer stay. Small and uncomfortable bed in the corner was crowded for 2 people, kitchen equipment was very basic, wifi was terrible and not fast enough for basic tv watching. Laundry facilities are available in common area for a fee. Probably ok for a weekend but not ideal for a longer work visit.

Right in the centre which was perfect for us as we were exploring the city for new years. Very clean. Although the apartment was in centre no noise heard at all.

No door in bedroom.

"Couples city break"

The apartment was in a great location and was very modern in decor and also very clean. It had everything we needed whilst there for 2 nights. The only thing missing was coat hooks in the hallway. The Rockingham Street car park is located less than 5 mins away and was reasonably priced. There are loads of nearby pubs, places to eat and a Sainsburys local just up the street for essentials.

The Bed was far too small- it was a small double and it was against 3 of the walls- only one of us could sleep in it so my husband drew the short straw of sleeping on the sofa for 2 nights. If you never get up in the night or are very short and small in size 2 people in it might work. This was the only negative we came across everything else was great.
