Lovely city town house with free parking sleeps 2 to 6 guests

The location was really good, within walking distance of the city centre. Parking was perfect too, right outside the front door! I thought that the hosts were lovely, very responsive and clearly want to provide their guests with a great property with excellent service. That was certainly achieved! The property is located in a quiet residential street, so those who do not like too much outdoor noise will be absolutely fine here. It's close to a number of supermarkets and there are restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing really! I might take the train next time rather than drive due to the traffic in York!

Host was accommodating and communicative. Property is easy to find, there is a parking space outside but it’s not an assigned bay. We found parking but if it’s busy, some may struggle. The property had everything we needed and it was clean. It’s a 10 minute drive to the centre from the property.

The only thing that’s a suggestion for improvement, the bed in the master bedroom has a dip on one side and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than, everything was perfect.

Kitchen was quite basic/cramped and no dishwasher. To be fair, we should have spotted the lack of a dishwasher before booking.

Nice to have a space we could all sit together.

Only one bathroom downstairs. Was hard having to go downstairs during the night to use the restroom.

Very easy instructions to collect key from Dropbox. Bed was comfortable, shower a decent temperature,and dining room and kitchen facilities quite spacious
