The Lanes Apartment

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable. Amazing view and close to fabulous pubs, cafes, restaurants etc. Only 15/20 minute walk to the Lanes and the city centre. Radu was great at communicating quickly and giving timely instructions.

Clothes storage could be slightly better in the smaller bedroom.

Parking not allowed at the flat as permit required

Beautiful spacious apartment. Bright and airy.

Surrounding noise from inside and out. Garbage trucks and workmen drilling in other apartments. Obviously this couldn’t be helped and is no reflection on the actual apartment itself. There were a few homeless people sleeping in doorways nearby and the takeaways closed at 10pm. Would advise getting Uber home at night.

Good location near the beach and quiet neighborhood. Spacious , clean apartment. Beautiful views from the windows

The instructions to pick up The keys arrived late , we had to keep asking for them. Would have liked to check-in at 3 but had to wait until 330. Its not a big deal but after long day of travelling it was bit annoying and especially the fact that we had to keep asking ourselves

The property was very comfortable clean and tidy would recommend this to anyone would like to stay there

The flat was airy and spacious with a great view of the sea. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked.

The bathroom facilities could use a little refinement. After one of us took a shower the flat was without water for a while. The toilet needed multiple flushes to clear.

The apartment was in a good location about 10/15 minutes walk from Brighton pier. It was clean and tidy. A nice view of the sea.

Parking is an issue. You can find a space a few streets away but it might take a bit of searching. You do need to pay to park. This is just normal for Brighton though. The kitchen could do with some more utensils. The basics are there but missing some items like a collander,, kitchen scissors, baking trays and there was only one small sharp knife!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment. Sufficiently close to the Pier to walk.

Parking the car… It would be a huge plus if the parking of the apartment could be used. We lost a lot of time with struggles to park on the street (limited parking time - only parking with an App which could not be downloaded for people from EU,…)
