Excellent location to walk into Cheltenham. Such a lovely house, it was immaculate. We also liked the little touches of tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates 😍

Clean , comfortable and spacious.

No dishwasher, but only a small downside

Fabulous car parking - easily park two cars the drive. Good location and easy to get to. Plenty of space for 3 people each wanting a separate bedroom. Lovely personal touches in the bedrooms- I forgot my toothbrush and there was one provided!

Constant reminders about the house rules in communications and the house were a little unwelcoming. The bath towels were very small. There could have been more storage space in the bedrooms, especially hanging space. Personally, we would have liked there to have been a few extra things in the kitchen: more tea spoons, potato masher, and larger tumblers. These are points of detail, though, and didn't affect our stay.

Lovely clean property with a superbly stocked and well equipped kitchen. The additional touches in the bathroom: shower gel, liquid soap and toothbrushes were great. The town is about a 25 minute walk if not at night we just ordered an Uber which was £10.

If you prefer large towels we would recommend taking your own as they are on the small side.

The spaciousness of the rooms and kitchen.

The garden is in very poor condition with half mown grass and weeds growing everywhere. The front driveway and front lawn were full of weeds, the weeds were even growing up against the front door! The towels were very small and extremely thin. The mattresses were too soft for our liking. There was reams of instructions on how to clean leave the place clean ( which we did) despite the fact we were paying £100 cleaning fee.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Entire house was cleaned very well. Lots of supplies. Communication from hosts was clear and timely.
