Super new apartment with all comforts. The guy is friendly

Not very clean. A bit far away from center

Muy moderno, con todas las comodidades para parecer que estábamos en casa. Muy fresquito para los 45º grados que había en exterior. La ubicación genial, y el aparcamiento que hay en los alrededores estupendo. La parada de bus estaba muy cerquita. Ha sido una estancia estupenda, repetiríamos sin dudar.

Mejoría algo más la limpieza, y el drenaje de la ducha.

Very spacious, near by practically every thing. Groceries store are very close, if you walk for 10min you will arrive to Place de DUQUE where you can buy clothes, jewelries, eat and more. There are aslo direct buses to go there. Don’t miss out the churros at KUKUCHURROS, they are super delicious and get the chocolate ( 6€ for 5-6 churros and the chocolate ) !! Everything is like in the picture. The host was lovely so was the cleaning staff. For the sofa bed : it was confortable and easy to use Facilities : all of them were functional. I am in love with their fridge kinda want the same.

Just a tiny problem with the shower, it was leaking under the joints sometimes. But it’s not a major problem it can be fixed

Situation in lovely area close to main areas of interest.

Shower cabinet did not drain so we had to mop floor after every shower.

Brand new and complete

You need to walk 15’ to the old town. Actually, in Sevilla the old town in quite big and you need to walk from one side to the other one for sightseeing.
