The Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica - All Inclusive - Adults Only

The resort was excellent but I’ll NEVER use Booking.com for any of my future. Your customer service is lousy. I was told my reservation wasn’t all-inclusive even after providing confirmation from the resort itself. The reservation also included a personal butler service

Booking.com’s lousy customer service. After emailing customer I got no where to I brought it to their attention that the app and website didn’t have my reservation.

Liked having a Butler to help, he was excellent, loved the view, everyone was professional and friendly. Food was good, no complaints.

Every single meal I ate here was exceptional. The resort was immaculate. Best gym I have ever seen in a resort. Butler service that you can have business hours txt message conversations with for help and restaurant bookings. Dreamy location .

Drink menus would be awesome.

Food and drinks were all inclusive so that was a plus. Took full advantage of the all inclusive cocktails and food. Traditional Mexican food items available along with Cheeseburgers, Salads and Pizza's (lots of options).(3) Three restaurants and a VIP area also w/ food and drinks. Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and forgiving. Menu's are available via QR codes but you can get hard copies emailed or at the restaurant if you ask. Had my share of wonderful margaritas, maybe too mush one night but I was safe and staff did a terrific job with the whole thing. I loved the location, off by itself but still close to shops and nightlife. You can pay a bit extra while there for extra premium liquor and access to a few other restaurants on sister properties are available for a minor charge. The spa was very nice, I had (2) two massages and used the facilities (sauna and cold plunge). Pools are nice as well is the jacuzzi. My ocean view suite was roomy and comfortable with a large bed, (2) two TV's with premium channels along with a comfy couch where I fell asleep (1) one night. Nicely stocked mini-bar. My Butlers, Gabriel and Dulce were gracious and helpful tending to whatever I needed during my (3) three day getaway. My shuttle service, Shuttle Central also did a fine job and that was included in my fairly priced, short, all inclusive vacation.

I didn't like the fact I went alone. It was nice and all having some much needed time away but I wish I would have brought someone along with me. That's on me and not on the property. There were plenty of friendly guests and staff really did make you feel welcome and comfortable.
