It was close to Germantown Cricket Club. It was sufficient for our needs as we basically needed a place to sleep. It was clean and neat.
Improvement to the property we recommend would be to have a plumber fix the almost fully clogged bathroom sink, replacement of the advertised washer that was full of water and breeding mosquitos, give a clearer description of the parking situation (particularly the fact that you WILL get a ticket if you park on the street on Thursday morning), provide a clearer explanation of where to find the trash cans, and maybe squirt a little WD40 on the bathroom door hinges.

The layout was great and the beds were super comfortable. It was great to be able to relax and watch tv. The kitchen was well equipped.
The bathroom was small but worked fine.
