受付の対応がとても好印象でした。 が、クレジットカードを請求されました。 bookingさんの予約をして、カードの請求は初めての経験でした。二重払いの可能性があるではと不安です。 対応、回答よろしくお願いします。

室内に虫（アブラムシ、蚊）が数匹いました。 テレビが映らなくて、対応してもらいました。 簡易のスリッパが有れば良かった

Mr. Saim was Excellent in hotel service Providence and handled Customers with great Expertise to our Satisfaction. We are proud of his front table handling and we will come again to this hotel. Our family was here for 2 nights from JB. Thanks to Mr.Saim and your Management.

It was convince that won my interest in staying here. Minimal but convenient. The GM and head manager saw how I was struggling with my knee pain. Understood that I had to park at the valley parking every day and the cost of additional pillows. Very good customer service from the both of them. Will I go back again - yes because it's convenient.

Hidden charges - please let your customer up front. Look at expanding the car park as it's too narrow for SUV or bigger. Consider a reasonable rate for these car especially if the stay is long.
