Nothing. We had a terrible experience from start to finish. Save your time, energy, effort and money and DO NOT BOOK THIS.

We were put in a completely different and smaller flat to the one advertised. It lacked a private entrance, terrace and 2 double bedrooms. Completely fraudulent. The host had to be chased for the door code as she didn’t provide this at the time she promised. The whole flat was disgusting and unclean. We found old socks, a Vaseline and mouldy dips in the bed, dust everywhere and debris, lighters and old food in the sofa. Vile vile vile. The floor boards were broken and missing, there were stains EVERYWHERE. Lacking basic amenities such as an iron (which was advertised). The host is completely non contactable and won’t respond to any queries. When we phoned the number provided, to speak about being put in the wrong flat, a ‘maintenance person’ answered and refused to put us in contact with the host. When the host finally messaged us, 13 hours later, she told us that she couldn’t move us as other guests were in our flat and that if we weren’t happy, we could leave. Total disaster and horrific experience. Complete scam.

The toilet flush wasn’t working. No handwash in the bathroom. I called the owner multiple times and left a dozen messages but he didn’t come back with a reply for help. The sofa cum bed was extremely uncomfortable and overall our stay in the flat was not great.
