This is exceptional holiday accommodation for a family of 4 with plenty of books games etc for children if the weather is bad. It really is about 100m from the beach. The space available was more than enough for the four of us (adults) cycling the Rebellion way. It got colder in the evening and the heating worked a treat. It was clean, comfortable and quiet giving a good nights sleep. The host Bianca was great and very patient with us as we panicked about storage of our 4 bikes 3 of which were electric, but we were allowed to store them in the shop below. The accommodation was close by to restaurants and a meal at the Marine Bar is recommended.

There was nothing significant not to like, we enjoyed our stay and it was more than enough for our requirements. Our only beef is that the post code given didn't match the location of the property. My phone battery had run out and I could not initially retrieve the information email sent previously that contained more than enough information to find it, so bad management on my part but Bianca came to the rescue on the phone.

The flat is spacious and newly refurbished and is in an excellent location near the beach and central facilities. It has lovely sound-proof windows, so you are not distrubed by the sounds from outside. Beds were comfy and bedding nice and fresh, plenty of soft towels. It was warm inside and the kitchen well equipped. Nicely decorated and layed out children's bedroom was a nice touch. Parking both outside the front door and free parking across the street were very useful.

The windows were not fully transparent on the outside, so you couldn't enjoy the sea views that easily. The shower wasn't in the best order, both in terms of keeping water temperature and adjusting the shower head. Radiators were extremely noisy at night, so neither of us got a good sleep. Unfortunately, the host, while being extremely responsive and caring in so many other matters, omitted to warn me that the front windows of the downstairs shop were being replaced exactly over the two days that we stayed there. I communicated the fact that I planned to work remotely during the day, and the noise from the window installation made calls impossible, so significantly impacted on my work. My mum, who would have slept in, was also woken up by the noise, and because of my work, we were unable to leave until lunch time to escape the disturbance.

Lots of little extra in property ie a few essential ktchen supplies, toys and books for children. Central position and parking.

Great location for Hunstanton Beach and other nearby beaches. Beautiful flat.
