Sol Luxury Apartment - close to the beach with a private heated mini pool

The location was great. It was a few minutes from a beach, and a minute or two from the bus stop which takes you right into Chania. The owner was extremely helpful, communicative, and responsive. We were supplied with dishwasher and washing machine capsules, spices, coffee, honey and many other items which made the stay so much more comfortable. We went as a group of 3 couples and none of us have any complaints. Highly recommend!!

A very cosy place near Chania, with a big terrace with jacuzzi and all the amenities you might need. The host was very nice and helpful. We definetly recommend this place if you want to relax.

We had a lovely 8 days staying at this beautiful apartment. Superbly comfortable & well equipped with everything you need. The fit and finish is of the very highest quality and the owner could not do enough to make sure we were made to feel welcome and our needs met. Highly recommended!

We booked this villa because we wanted to stay close to the city but still have privacy, and this villa/apartment delivered on that. The apartment was brand new with lovely rooms and two bathrooms, which is perfect for a large family. The best part of the place was the terrace, where we spent most of our time. The pool was a good size, especially for our three-year-old, who loved playing and swimming in it. The hosts had stocked the fridge with some drinks and what I believe were local fruits and vegetables, which were delicious. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a nice grill on the terrace. Location: It was easy to get a taxi, and it only took 5 minutes to reach the nearest town, where we often had dinner. A 5-minute walk from there, we also found a small gym that we were allowed to use by arrangement! Our flight was delayed on the way home, so we were allowed to check out of the apartment late in the day. Thank you so much for that! All in all, it was such a lovely place where we could always contact the hosts if there was any problem. I can only recommend this place!

This apartment is a real gem in Crete. It is brand new, modern, clean and nicely decorated, exactly as in the pictures! Big private roof terrace with sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue, jaguzzi and big dining table is what makes this apartment unique. Also the apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. It has two bathrooms with toilets and both washing machine and dishwasher. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every day, and had barbecue on couple of evenings. Some water, fresh fruits, coffee capsules, wine and soft drinks were waiting as we entered the apartment. We felt really welcome! The owner is really nice and helpful, everything worked smoothly. We were able to get an earlier check-in and later check-out, which made our holiday very convinient. There is a bus stop ~300m from the apartment, buses go every 20-30 minutes to Hania and Platanias/Agia Marina. Lidl is 1,6km away, smaller market is 400m from the apartment. If you want to visit Falassarna or other nice places, I recommend renting a car. The beach is very close, ~300m from the apartment, the closest beach with sun beds is ~1km away from the apartment. These beaches have pebble. If you prefer smoother sand, then Platanias or Agia Marina are reachable by bus. We would definitely recommend the place for anyone wanting some luxury for the holiday, and appreciating privacy, and not that touristic location.

The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished, there was all of the comforts of home and everything you need. The washing machine was a real bonus, the extras, such as fresh picked fruit, coffee, toiletries, washing and dishwasher tablets. Water in the fridge and wine was very much appreciated. We loved the roof terrace, the pool, bbq and of course the amazing weather. This was the perfect place to explore the island. 100% recommended

We had the incredible opportunity to stay at Sol Luxury Apartment for 5 nights! We stayed in May of 2024. The place is BRAND NEW and AMAZING!!!!! Due to business travel, we had not had the opportunity to see each other for several months and wanted a place that was very private and extremely nice! Sol hit the mark. It is as advertised in the pictures. The pool deck is extremely private and wonderful. Lots of Sun available. Due to the beginning of the season, the pool was still a little cold for us, but provided a great backdrop for a view of the Ocean. There are several local restaurants within walking distance towards the beach and a coffee shop within walking distance for morning pastries and coffee. A grocery store (LIDL) is a 5 minute drive away. Cabs can be arranged extremely easy, but definitely recommend a rental car if able to have more flexibility in travel and exploration. We loved our stay at SOL. The hosts were incredibly amazing and ready to answer any questions we might have had. If I had six days of a vacation, I would stay the first night of arrival and second nights in Chania to experience the old town and its beauty/food, and then would head to SOL for 4 nights of extreme relaxation and additional opportunities to explore the west and south side of the island.
