"prima hotel/hostel, beetje onpersoonlijke, maar toch effectieve online communicatie met de manager"

Moeite door personeel gedaan om toch een kamer te krijgen met prive badkamer. Als je zelfstandig en goedkoop wil reizen, kun je hier alles zelf doen: koken, wassen, drogen.

De constructie was een beetje raar. De persoon met wie ik van te voren communiceerde was eigenlijk nooit terplekke. Alle communicatie ging via het niet-engels sprekende personeel, die het dan via een translate programma doorgaf. Dat voelde een beetje onpersoonlijk. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk, er werd wel elke keer gevolg gegeven aan de communicatie.
