Location beach are wonderful

Was very dirty hairs everywhere sheets are dirty floors looking so dirty fans I mean the place look so dirty bathroom so disappointing about it

The security made me feel safe. There were food places downstairs that had great food so I didn’t have to leave the property much. All of the staff was really friendly.

I didn’t have any dislikes to be honest.

My only problem was that the door lock wouldn’t always lock when the door closed. We had to turn the inside lock back and forth for It to lock most times. I’m pretty sure the first 30 hours we didn’t have it locked because we didn’t realize it wasn’t locking

Room was clean and updated!! Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!!

Don’t have anything negative to say!!

The location

Housekeeping needs to do a better job, fitted sheet had a big yellow pee stain, cabinetry had wasted chips that was left behind in it, black stains on the walls, air unit had to be booted every day

We checked in Friday July 28,2023 I guess after the people from the previous review… the owner’s knew the AC was not working (because the other review stated it had not been working for 2 days) and they allowed us to stay there without telling us. I had to find out at night when I noticed it still was not cool in the unit after trying to adjust the temp. It was uncomfortable to sleep as it was hot. I think it speaks volume of the property owners for doing that to a customer with children.

the kitchen had everything that was needed, and the room itself was spacious enough.

the ac has been broken for over 2 days. we called and there wasn’t a solution. we arrived and the floors were dusty, and dirty. the showers had mold in them. we had no pillow cases. the blankets that were provided had stains in them. we had barley any toilet paper.

It had a lot of space and was near slot of restaurants and attractions.

I received a message that I could check in, but when we got there almost 2 hours later we couldn’t figure out how to work the code to the door. Once my husband and I figured it out, we walked into an unclean room. The beds had been used, towels still in the shower. We could not put our luggage up and get comfortable. We had groceries that could not be put away. The cleaning lady finally came and we had to wait until she finished cleaning. My husband and I still have not been apologized to by this staff, only by the cleaning lady. The next day the bathroom sink was clogged, but maintenance crew came kind of quick to fix it.
