The apartment itself is visually modern, spacious, and well designed. The patio area is pleasant, and the overall concept of the apartment has a lot of potential for a comfortable stay. The location is also convenient for visiting Lisbon and the surrounding coastal area. It is clear that this property could be a genuinely very good accommodation option if the maintenance issues were properly addressed.

When we opened the apartment door, we were immediately hit by a strong bitter musty smell, despite the apartment being located in a newly built modern building. Later, we realized that the noise from the nearby trains and the very loud barking dog from 6 a.m. were actually minor issues compared to what awaited us inside. After the first night, we discovered that several pieces of furniture were heavily affected by mould and humidity. The strongest odour came from the bedside tables and an old marble side table. Later, we also found visible mould marks on the curtains and around the windows. A strong bitter mould smell constantly filled the apartment, making it difficult to sleep, relax, and breathe comfortably. We immediately contacted the management company, sent photos and videos, and tried to resolve the issue calmly. We even moved the affected furniture onto the patio ourselves to reduce the smell in the bedroom. However, we were later asked to move the furniture back inside despite the strong mould odour. In addition, we experienced a significant ant problem in the kitchen. The private parking, which was one of the reasons we chose this property, also turned out to be practically unusable for a normal modern-sized car due to the extremely narrow entrance and tight street access. Visually, the apartment itself is modern, spacious, and could potentially be a very good place to stay. That is exactly why the experience was especially disappointing. The main issue here is not the apartment itself, but the quality of maintenance and the handling of guest concerns. We are writing this review not to harm anyone, but because future guests should be honestly informed. We sincerely hope the management company will take maintenance, guest comfort, and guest health more seriously in the future, especially considering that constant exposure to mould and damp indoor air can be very difficult for people with asthma, allergies, or respiratory conditions.

La limpieza y el trato con el personal...no vimos a nadie en ningún momento

Хороший хозяин, отзывчивый. Живёт на втором этаже того же дома. К нему можно обратиться. Поможет. Только жалко , что он не участвует в сдаче апартаментах и много не знает…..

При бронирование не было записи о залоге в 250 € . Потом она по явилась. Имейте в ввиду, что придётся заморозить эти деньги. Потом их вернут. Одна часть душа не работала , вода лилась только с верху, отдельно шланга не было….. На вопрос к администратору, был ответ, когда нибудь починим….. Рядом железная дорога, очень слышно как проезжает поезд…. Ночью тем более…. Утром и вечером лает где-то рядом собака. Очень напрягает….. На территории дома есть парковка , но въезд очень маленький. Opel corsa еле, еле влазит….. на большой машине, можете даже не пытаться, всю поцарапаете…. Но можно парковаться где-нибудь на соседних улицах.

Really liked the cleanliness, air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, private parking, big room and lounge. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Alexandra was a very nice host. My flight was delayed and it was no problem to postpone the check-in accordingly. The apartment is well equipped and spacious.

The apartment is directly next to the rail track and you could feel the vibrations from every train. It is in the basement of a big house where you could hear a lot of noise from above, it was loud until late night. Besides that, the dog ,from above‘ was barking for minutes everyday ~06.30am and ~11.30pm. If you want it to be quiet, there are better places.
