AUGood location and good amnities such as swimming pool and play area,good for family with young children. This place has a balcony, so you can chill outside and enjoy the view. On the otherside,there is a good shopping mall which you can visit to shop or buy food
The place was tidy but was not clean

GBRaymond's team was incredibly welcoming and friendly during our stay. We felt right at home in this new place. The house was spotless and modern, providing us with a cozy stay. Being an apartment, we were able to cook and dine in easily. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby for anything we needed. Just a heads up, there are 2 buildings in this area so be careful not to get lost at night. I will definitely be booking a room here again and would highly recommend it to others.

AUGreat and easy communication using WhatsApp with the management team. Top quality building with children friendly swimming pool and indoor playground. Loads of expats in this area hence plenty of non Vietnamese food but the price goes up too as a result.
Nothing really. Except for perhaps the beds are a bit too firm. But that's just my personal preference.

INLittle early checkin should have been allowed. We are aware we reached early. And off course you took very good care of allowing up to keep luggage in your office.
USA luxurious place. Raymond team were the most kindest host with such a warm aura.I would call them pro when it comes to hospitality and the kind of place they offered at that price. we extended our stay because of the view and cleanies. Remember it's a apartment and not a hotel so we didn't expect a room service but host is always super active for recommendations or support through whatsAaap Definitely one should stay with one of their apartment if you visit Ho Chi Minh city. Grab works well! neighborhood is beautiful and you get groceries, food. *supermarkets on stone throw distance *kitchen with pots *free laundry ( only washing machine) *view of river *extra quilts in room *Recommended if you're with your family as they had extra mattress kept in room.
