Check- in and check- out was smooth.

The hotel was sold out and not updated in the app. When we reached for check- in the receptionist told us that they're sold out and they just have only one available room that too a defective one. The room was having a foul smell. No proper sanitation. The person who came to deliver the food never knocks the door instead just barge in.

Location, I liked because it's located at the main road of 38 sector gurgaon

Not clean, Power Outage, I was bathing and suddenly water supply goes off and this was happen multiple time
