The Paradise In Hawaii Luxury Homes team was awesome! From the time we secured our booking on Booking.com the entire team took over and was first and foremost very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accessible along with being very timely in responding to any questions that we had prior to during and after our stay. The residence was spectacular-amazing in every way, clean and beautifully furnished. The location is close to heaven, an unobstructed view from two balconies and literally steps away from the world renown Hapuna beach. We enjoyed more than ample space for everyone as the residence was more than very comfortable for our 'Ohana' (family) of five. Another plus is the location of the residence makes it easily accessible to and from the beach and both the Hapuna Resort and Mauna Kea Resort numerous amenities (note: additional daily resort access fee required).

It's not really a dislike, it's more of a be well-informed and plan ahead prior to arriving regarding the accessibility to resort amenities. Staying at this Hapuna Beach Residence does include "access" to all of the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort amenities as would all hotel guests, however prior to arriving you must complete and submit a residential guest registration form and pay an additional daily resort access fee. During this additional registration process you will place a credit card on file (we chose our Marriott Bonvoy card to get additional points) which will be in the system with both the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort. We found the process to be very simple and was most definitely worth it as the whole 'Ohana' (family) at any time during our stay had access to all the resort services, activities, amenities, stores and restaurants with the convenience of resort charging-signing privileges (no need for carrying or worrying about purses, wallets, cards or cash being around).
