USThe rental was clean and stocked with enough towels for the number of people in my party. The location was close to the Falls and the surrounding parks.
Trash surrounding the property, everywhere. The keypad for the door didn't work for the given code. Minor inconveniences. The largest issue was the rust covered cookware and broken pots and pans. The kitchen needs updated cookware, and more than 1 roll of paper towels should be supplied.
USVery clean and comfortable. Easy access. Great parking. We have been on a multi-week trip up the east coast and this has been the best short term rental we've stayed in so far.

I didn't like the fact kno tall mirrors,the bed matress need more comfort could use a tea kettle one of the matress was stained .could use complimentary detergent and the closet for blankets,sheets etc could have been organized

the location of the AC is a bit odd, but nevertheless we had a very comfortable stay.

Cleanliness was certainly not up to mark. All AC vents had hair / dust, pillows covers and linens were not professionally fresh, kitchen equipments were dated, carpets and sofa were old. Bathrooms were superficially cleaned only. Room on first floor can do with fan, towels were not there. Had to bring from ground floor.

USWe loved how spacious it was for my big family. The location is perfect everything is just a ten minute walk so you don't have to waste money on parking for the falls.
The trash can outside for the house was overflowing with trash. I had to just set the bags from my family's stay next to them.

We were disappointed that there were not enough toiletries. I believe it was explained in the message but we were already on our way to Buffalo and did not have time to shop for toiletries.
USSpacious and clean
No table in kitchen which makes it hard to prepare breakfast. Need to have hanging space for clothes in upstairs bedroom. I know tea and coffee is not listed but it would be a nice touch especially after a long trip
