Villa Harlow: Stylish 3BR Villa - Centrally Located in Berawa

Disappointing Stay at Villa Harlow Our experience at Villa Harlow in Bali was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the villa itself has potential, there were several issues that made our stay far from enjoyable. First, the television wasn’t working when we arrived. We were told it would be fixed, but despite follow-ups, it never was. This was frustrating, especially since it was something we had expected to use during our stay. The coffee situation was also a major letdown. The primary coffee machine was full of mould, making it completely unusable. There was a second coffee machine available, but that one didn’t work either, leaving us without a way to make coffee in the mornings. The kitchen had its own set of problems. One of the cupboards was dirty, and every time we opened the doors, there was a terrible smell. Some of the kitchen utensils were broken, including one of the sharp knives, which made food preparation difficult. Cleanliness was also an issue. The bathroom floors had visible hair and dirt, which was unpleasant and gave the impression that the villa hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. To make matters worse, multiple lights weren’t working. The main bedroom had no functioning lights, making it inconvenient at night. The lights in the main entrance also weren’t working, which made coming in and out of the villa at night frustrating and unsafe. Overall, we were really disappointed with the lack of maintenance and attention to detail at Villa Harlow. With so many issues left unresolved, it did not meet the standard we expected. We wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements were made.

great stay for group or family. modern design, well maintained, and comfortable. strategic location, easy access. host and staff were attentive. we have no complaint.

The villa is very stylish and beautiful as well. Located in a strategic location. Villa host and staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service. The only thing I regret is not booking this villa for a longer period. I will definitely be coming back again.

Amazing experience, beautiful villa and location. Mr G and his crews were very kind, helpful and approachable. The house was very nice and peaceful. We can’t wait to be back at this place, excellent communication and service!
