The peace and tranquility. I actually found Mobile connection relatively easy. Great views and lovely old house.

Nothing, other than the room was really warm at night. However, it was a heatwave so no criticism of the venue.

The location was spectacular, though isolated, and the communal rooms well equipped and tastefully furnished.

We reached the site just after 5pm but classed as "late arrivals" so had a treasure hunt to get keys and locate the rooms. We were not aware that you had to provide own food in the evenings so ended up driving in to Caernarvon. Breakfast seemed like a rugby maul so we did not bother. In our time at the B&B, we saw no staff, were unsure what to do and felt extremely uncomfortable. We decided that the New Age life was not for us so left to find a more conventional hotel.

The views were beautiful and it’s very different to anywhere I’ve stayed before.

Very peaceful and quiet place, direct access to the lake. Within a walking distance from the Snowdonia park so it can become your basecamp to conquest the summit. The personnel is friendly. Perfectly clean and well equipped rooms, kitchen, showers and WCs. Two nice common sitting rooms with a garden view and even a small library. All this for quite a low price. One of the best experiences ever.

Really beautiful, gorgeous views and lake. Rooms were really clean, breakfast provided was lovely, local and organic. I would definitely love to stay here again. Perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The only downside of this stay was check out was at 9.30 which was pretty early. Also it said on the listing when I booked check in was 4-11, but the day before I got a message saying check in was 4-5 which panicked me a bit and I readjusted my days plans to make sure I was there during that window. The day of check in I got a second message that clarified that if I didn't check in at that time the keys would be left in a safe place with detailed instructions on how to find them. I do wish I'd known this before, and I didn't see it the day of as I was driving up and it was a 4.5hr drive, I only saw it once I'd already arrived. I think it would be good if that was clarified a bit before hand, but other than that I don't have a bad word to say!

Peaceful and quiet. Easy to get to nearby places. Room was good, though i was out visiting places for most of the day so did not spend a large amount of time there. Breakfast was great, get there early to ensure you get the best stuff. Had a nice main house to go aside from stay in room. Friendly cat to greet the guests.

It is out of the way, and occasionally had to wait for toilet/shower to be free. Room is quite basic and has bare essentials.
