Location, location, location! Friendly staff too.

Everything was awesome, location, the buildings and the surroundings. Also the common rooms had Everything, books, games and so much more. Felt very at peace while staying here. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic selection of unlimited all day tea and coffee, free cake available too if you’re early enough. Located right next to the mountains, with a stream and a lake. Powerful shower.

For a quiet retreat the bedroom doors banged very loudly, walls not very soundproof.

L'emplacement du logement est exceptionnel, au cœur de Snowdonia, dans un petit havre de paix. Au bord d'un lac avec les montagnes autour. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et inclusif aux différents régimes (vegan, sans gluten, etc). Nous avons eu une chambre avec toilette et salle de bain commune qui était très propre ! Le check in autonome est très bien.

Un lavabo dans la chambre serait parfait. Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultant dans les chambres donc on est réveillé tôt si on est sensible à la lumière.

Excellent products on offer, with many different coffees and teas, and lots of vegan options at breakfast. The grounds are beautiful. Every other guest seemed friendly and happy. A nice place for nice people. I'll definitely book again if I need to be in the area.

Check out was a bit awkward as reception was closed before and around checkout time, and there were no instructions otherwise. In the end we gave the key to a friend in another room to give to the kitchen staff.

Stunning location by the lake. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed. Try the barracks coffee shop round the corner, great coffee.
