Good location... Spacious rooms ... Paying extra for kitchen is bit off..

Extra matress should have been better cleaned.. n should have extra bedsheets .. it was not given till we asked for

We had a memorable stay. Staff is cooperative and the food is good. Thanks for extending that personal touch and ensuring that people staying at villa feel at ease and their requests are catered on time.

The location

The villa was not maintained, lots of issues when it comes to hygiene, no toiletries were provided. The living room was full of fungus. One cannot use blankets or pillows as it has black fungus stains. One of the tables broke by itself thank God nobody got injured. The carrom board also had fungus hence could not use. Cleanliness was the biggest issue

Spacious rooms

Cleanliness was a bit ok. There were cigarette buds in washroom. Kitchen was a bit filthy and all washrooms were stinking.

Due to heavy rains we had to cancel our plan and requested owner to adjust our deposit paid by postponing to some other date. We informed him well in advance. However, the resort owner did not pay any heed to such important aspects and did not consider adjusting for future dates

Villa is good..n spacious

Bedsheets were used dirty soiled n blankets are stinky with no hot water supply in the morning... Care taker has not given new bedsheets
