DEKeith is a wonderful Host, his unit on the 14th floor has great view and everthing you need for a pleasant vacation. The showerhead was broken, but a replacement was already in a cabinet and i could replace it myself very quick. The unit was cleaned spotless and the wifi was good enough for a quick gamingsession:-) Keith also recommended an exceptionally delicious italian restaurant not to far around the corner, thanks again for that
The only downside was the traffic noise and the karaoke bars, but in my experience its noisy everywhere on the Philippines, especially in the cities.
GBGreat location as 10mins walk from ayala mall, 15mins walk to mango Ave and close to seaport. Sports Bar two mins walk. Cold AC, lovely view of mountains and partial sea view. Gym and pool on next floor with security downstairs and market inside building. Italian resto next door including laundry shop. Keith and jeniffer were both are great hosts and keith spent his morning buying and iron and hair dryer for the room as non were available. Also provided a couple liter beers!
I stayed for Sinulog so it was loud with neighbouring bars but to be expected. The room wasn't the cleanest in some areas as had small roaches above kitchen cabinate but again to be expected in PH. In the pictures there were curtains but none were inside the property so every morning it was difficult to sleep as very bright and cannot escape sunrays. The shower head needs replacing.
AUClean, comfortable bed, walking distance to Ayala Mall. Large room, AC, kitchen, fridge and modern bathroom. Pool with deck chairs to chill and a gym on the next level above. 14th floor has good views of the city and helps for a quiet nights sleep.
