Un magnifique accueil de la part de Valentina qui nous a accueilli en personne, chose devenue très rare. Petit cadeau de bienvenue, une bouteille de vin ainsi que le frigo bien garni pour le petit déjeuner. nous n'en attendions pas tant.

Un petit souci de chauffage dans la salle de bains, le radiateur ne chauffait pas, juste une petite purge à faire mais rien de grave.

Granaio nr 5 is a lovely, modern, well-equipped two-room apartment, with a kitchen and bathroom (shower) in the former stables of a huge former golf resort. Some buildings are decaying, some are being restored and turned into guest rooms and aparments like ours. The whole area oozes out a sort of an eery feel. Valentina, the owner of Granaio nr 5 is a friendly, bubbly and knowledable Piemontese hostess to her guests. She takes making feel you at home very seriously and tries to cater to your every needs, including finding immediate solutions to some technical problems we encountered at first (we had a few minor issues with the lock, the fridge and the heating), and organizing excursions, recommending sights so go see, reserve restaurants and wine tastings. Upon entering Granaio nr 5, you find a yummy welcome "basket," consisting of local products like salami, cheese, bread, pizza, focaccia, yoghurt, milk, butter, eggs, bottled water, fruit juice and a bottle of local red or white wine. The apartment also comes pre-supplied with free jam, honey, Nutella, coffee capsules and tea bags. The Wifi works flawlessly and so do the two TV sets. Even a wireless charging station, replacment charing plugs and a USB-speaker are included. The apartment is very clean and everything is new and inviting. Great double-sized bed, by the way! We felt thoroughly welcome and spent way more time at the apartment than we originally had planned for! Thanks, Valentina, we'd love to come back someday! Piet & Yvonne

We had a few minor technical issues with the apartment (lock, fridge, heating), but Valentina really did everything in her powers to swiftly solve everything to your best satisfaction.

Valentina is een uiterst plezierige host. We werden verwelkomd met een heel uitgebreid pakket etenswaren klaar. De uitrusting van het appartement is zeer, zeer compleet. Het zwembad is groot, met mooie ligbedden, gereserveerd voor gasten van Valentina.

Valentina is een hele hartelijke gastvrouw die alle moeite voor ons deed, steeds bereikbaar was en het verblijf voor ons heel prettig maakte. Zij had zelfs gezorgd voor lekkere dingen bij aankomst. Het appartement is ruim genoeg en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het is gerenoveerd met mooie materialen, heeft airco en een heerlijk bed. Op het terrein is er een zwembad, met gereserveerde ligbedden en een kleine bar.

Het appartement is een beetje donker wat in de zomer niet erg is omdat het ook lekker koel is. De Wifi was een beetje traag maar dat heeft Valentina al aangepast. Het terrein - een voormalig golfressort - is nog wat wild begroeid. Een prachtige oude villa zal worden gerestaureerd. Dat geeft een bijzondere sfeer.
