Cozy Brick Ranch Home owned and operated by an Army Soldier!!

The house was well maintained, in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable and very clean. The owner obviously takes great pride in their property! Great communication as well…informing us of necessary details each step along the rental process.

We arrived pretty late in the day and it was very hot inside the house and it took quite awhile to cool it down, which is understandable because it is an older home. Plus we’re from Oregon, so the humidity hit us like a wet brick. Once it cooled down, all was good and we had a wonderful stay.

The come holds up to its name “cozy brick ranch home” very cozy, beautiful fenced in back yard and in a very good location. Moveta is a great host, she fully accommodates you, communication is great.

Clean property, thoughtful amenities like coffee, snacks and water.

This is the 2nd time staying at this location. I absolutely love the feeling of knowing that when I need to travel to Columbus, GA there is a place that feels like I'm home.

After checking out l found out the owner was looking on ring camera to see who was coming in and out the house. Tell me l wasn’t aloud guest which that was my reason for visiting and renting the house. Never again.
