Unsafe and Unprofessional – Do Not Recommend My boyfriend and I had a very disappointing and stressful stay. Staff were rude and unprofessional, repeatedly telling us one thing and then changing their story. The property manager was especially disrespectful and showed no concern for my boyfriend’s broken leg or his need for accommodation. We cleaned the entire unit ourselves at the end of our stay. Instead of appreciating this, staff became upset, claimed everything was “wet,” said the unit could not be rented because of us (which was untrue, as new guests moved in that same night), and falsely accused us of stealing cleaning supplies. We did not steal anything—we used the provided supplies as instructed, with signs posted throughout the house. Most concerning, the stair railing was broken and unsafe. My boyfriend fell down the stairs and further injured his already broken leg. Because of this, he had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance at the end of our stay. Overall, the poor treatment, false accusations, lack of communication, and serious safety hazard made this an unacceptable and dangerous experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, especially anyone with mobility issues.
